La Riviera Tower, Dubai Marina

Rising 37 storey’s over Dubai’s Marina, La Riviera Tower was the Group’s first development in Dubai. Completed in 2005, it showcases their characteristic elegance and attention to detail. Each of the 182 apartments is situated on the corner of the building, allowing panoramic views over the Dubai skyline.
Featuring two- and three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom duplex suites, every residence has full-height windows, affording floor-to-ceiling views of the city at every turn.
